Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Rat Wranglers’ website (the “Site”) and the rodent control services (“Services”) provided by Rat Wranglers (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or booking our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms.


Eligibility & Scope

  1. Service Areas: Our Services are primarily offered in the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR regions.
  2. Use of Site: You affirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian permission to use this Site and engage our Services.


Booking & Payment

  1. Scheduling: You can book an inspection or Service through our Site, by phone, or via email. Appointments are subject to availability.
  2. Deposits/Fees: We may require a deposit or inspection fee, payable before Service commences.
  3. Payment Terms: Full payment is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.


Service Performance

  1. Scope: We provide rodent control and related exclusion work. We do not offer general pest control unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Client Cooperation: You agree to follow any pre-service or post-service instructions (e.g., securing pets, removing clutter) that facilitate safe and effective treatment.
  3. Results: While we employ best practices to eliminate rodents, success may depend on factors beyond our control (e.g., structural conditions, neighboring infestations). If issues persist, see our Return & Refund Policy or contact us to discuss re-treatment options.


Intellectual Property

  1. Site Content: All text, graphics, logos, and software on the Site are the property of Rat Wranglers or its licensors.
  2. Use Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, or exploit our Site content without our explicit permission.


Limitation of Liability

  1. Service Limitations: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rat Wranglers and its employees or agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or Site.
  2. No Warranties: Except as explicitly stated in any written service guarantee, the Site and Services are provided “as is.” We make no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rat Wranglers harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our Services.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages).


Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Refund Policy

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to provide effective, high-quality rodent control. If you are not satisfied with our Services, please contact us within [X days] of completion so we can address any concerns.


Re-Treatment or Service Adjustment

  • If rodent activity persists after our initial treatment, we may re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost, provided you have followed all recommended property preparations and maintenance steps.
  • In some cases, we may adjust or extend the treatment plan instead of issuing a refund.


Refund Eligibility

  • Inspection/Consultation Fees: These fees generally cover our time and expertise, so they are non-refundable once the inspection has taken place.
  • Initial Service: If we cannot resolve your rodent issue after a reasonable number of re-treatments (or if conditions beyond our control persist), you may request a partial refund. Refund amounts depend on the scope of the initial Service provided and the time elapsed.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Monthly or Quarterly Maintenance Plans: If you cancel mid-term, we typically do not offer refunds for the unused portion of the billing cycle, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
  • Deposits for Scheduled Services: Deposits are generally non-refundable unless you cancel within a specified grace period prior to the scheduled date.


How to Request a Refund

  • Notification: Submit your refund or re-treatment request in writing via email to [info@ratwranglers.com].
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within [10–14 business days] via the original payment method.


Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to decline refunds if service terms or property preparation guidelines were not followed, or if external factors (e.g., severe structural damage, continuous reinfestation sources outside our scope) impede effective treatment.

This concludes all of the content our attorneys told us to include.  Regardless, please know we'll do all we can to make our service great so these above terms don't need. to be exercised.
